Analogue Wireless Earphones

A range of competitively priced inductively coupled analogue wireless earphones for covert security applications. These devices have a well defined generic anatomical profile to combine discretion and comfort and are designed to provide a good audio intelligibility. Three physical profiles are available to match the users ear canal  both all of which offer identical technical performance. The earphones have a replaceable wax guard system to eliminate blockage and damage that can be caused by ear wax. A range of inductive neck loops and inductor packs are also available for these products. In situations that require the highest level of discretion and for long-term users we can offer custom fitted versions.

Sensorcom offer a range of digital wireless earphones built with an advanced DSP loaded with custom firmware and software to create high quality wireless earphone producing outstanding clarity as well as being output level limited to 96dB to prevent the possibility of hearing damage to the user. The system has also been frequency tailored to reduce interference from data and electrical sources.

Generic Eartips

We manufacture and stock a very wide range of generic eartips. Eartips can be a very personal choice; human ears all all very different and what is comfortable for one users may not suit another. It is also dependent on the amount of attenuation and if it is desirable to have disposable or reusable.

In Ear Headsets

The MicroCom™ system is a group of in-ear headset variants that are very low-profile and specifically designed for applications where the user may be exposed to high noise levels but must use head protection in complete comfort. Microphone can be pressure sensitive for high noise environments, or Omni for use where there is low levels of ambient noise. Available for soft generic or custom eartips as the MicroCom 3 and an alternative version for hard generic or custom eartips called the MicroCom Twistlock. MicroCom will fit most ear profiles and is supplied with different sized eartips and helix tips to achieve the best fit. It can be supplied in single or dual formats. MicroCom can also be supplied as a headset for custom fitting where it can be inserted into a custom mould made form the profile of the users ear.

VSB Earphone Inductors and Accessories

The VSB System uses a novel, specialised audio signal modulation method which has been specifically developed to provide optimum performance in conjunction with the advanced digital signal processing implemented in the VSB Digital Wireless Receiver.  The patent-pending method used in the VSB transmitter/receiver combination delivers drastically reduced levels of audible interference and noise when used in areas of high AC magnetic field strength, such as in motor vehicles, on trains, and in sites with significant levels of electronic and electrical technology.  As a result, the system achieves outstanding speech quality across the whole spectrum of covert applications where standard inductive devices are inoperable.

The modulation scheme uses only carrier frequencies within the audio band, is highly tolerant to frequency drift, transmit coil response and mismatch of operational frequencies between transmitter and receiver. The receiver is programmed to decode only audio signals
