We have our own plastic injection mould tool room and moulding machines in so that we can be in full control of the toolmaking and moulding processes and deadlines. We can also create SLA models which is now an essential part of proto-type design to establish the physical feel and look of a product so modifications can be made in advance of tooling.
We are BS accredited and regularly audited for systems and manufacturing compliance. This process ensures that our manufactured products meet strict guidelines for quality, traceability and design. Working with partners in Korea and the USA we are able to scale manufacturing resource according to quantity and complexity. This gives us the flexibility to offer realistic lead times regardless of quantity. All parts manufactured are permanently laser marked and we can also include logos, special marking where space permits.
We have Audio Precision automated test rigs and we 100% test all the products we manufacture. Where requested or for audio output level sensitive products we also keep test data logged against serial numbers.
Many products require EN validation and certification. Most of the projects we have undertaken require this and we fully understand the processes involved whether it is completed by us or third parties. Using this understanding we are able to quickly resolve issues that result from testing and negotiate with compliance engineers.
